INSIDEedge Climbing is a sport climbing club based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We coach rock climbing enthusiasts of all ages and levels of skill in private sessions or group classes. Training is based at CityROCK Johannesburg and Pretoria branches, the largest and most spectacular indoor climbing centres in Gauteng.
If you are looking to learn to climb, improve technique, be competitive, are a beginner or high-performance athlete, or simply want to get fit having the most fun, we will have a group class or individual program to suit you. School and university groups can also receive instruction on site if they have their own climbing walls.
We have been committed to the business of physical fitness and indoor rock climbing for many years and the team at INSIDEedge Climbing is entirely dedicated to this exceptional niche sport.

Our coaching facilities are recommended by the staff of CityROCK Johannesburg and Pretoria.
We are a registered compliant member club of the official provincial climbing body Gauteng Climbing, which affords our athletes the possibility of participating in all provincial and national climbing events.
As a member club of Gauteng Climbing we fall under the auspices of the South African National Climbing Federation (SANCF), the national sport climbing body that is responsible for selecting athletes to represent South Africa and compete in international competitions.
